Our history
In 1995, our founder took his software development experience and began working alongside his wife who utilized QuickBooks to consult with property management groups. After recognizing that he could improve processes for her, he spent the next two years developing what became known as PropertyBoss – the property management software designed to bring a better process to the mixed-use, multifamily, single-family, and student housing markets.
After taking that leap of faith, our founder teamed up with other property management professionals to introduce PropertyBoss to a larger national market. It all began when he attended various trade shows and sold multiple copies of his property management software to companies that we are proud to say are still considered happy customers today.
Located in beautiful Greenville, South Carolina, PropertyBoss Solutions is proud to be among some of the fastest-growing communities in the US which serve as a continued testing grounds for new features and functionality.
